Message You have a choice of a low pressure 160psi pump or a massive 220psi pump for applications over 800hp. I personally would tie in the injection system with boost, I will explain later. When you use their controller using boost you can set your "onset" boost setting that will start the water injection and a "full Pressure" setting that will allow you to control when you want your desired full pressure to be maintained. The controller will ramp up the pressure according to your two settings and desired pressure. For example you would set the "onset" to 8-9 psi and have full pressure set to 15+ psi. You can adjust the max desired water pressure on the pump itself. The pump is beefy enough so you can run continously at any pressure without any accumulators. That is a MAJOR plus, that is why I did not go with Acquamist. It can flow so much I will mount two more smaller nossles in front of the intercoolers for some extra cooling effect. They also have all of the extra goodies you want as well. Tanks, level sensors, check valves for high pressure applications, dual nossle applications, Easy jet swapping

Now here is the cool part. They just released a "Safe Injection" module that will be conneted on the high pressure side of the pump that will monitor flow of the system. If it does not reach a certain flow level within a specified amount of time (which is adjustable) it will trigger a relay output on the controller which you can use for whatever you want.

Now going back to why I wanted to monitor boost instead of MAS.
1) I will be using a dual MAS setup wich screws up their callibration process.
2) I already have a fuel controller installed as well. I dont want to hook up too many things to those signals. If something goes wrong it will be difficult to troubleshoot.

If the "Safe Injection" system Alarms I will cut power to my boost controller and sound off an audable and visual alarm. I am also installing a fuel pressure gauge to ensure I am getting the pressure I specify. It will also make tunning the car much easier if I know where I am at as far as what the pump is doing.
